About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Email Marketing Executive with 6 months to 1 year of experience to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of email marketing and, most importantly, the ability to write engaging, creative, and conversion-focused email content.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns. Write creative, engaging, and grammatically correct email content for different campaigns and audiences.
Create compelling subject lines, email copies, CTAs, promotional content, and follow-up emails.
Develop email campaigns aligned with marketing objectives and brand tone.
Manage and maintain email lists and audience segments.
Schedule and coordinate email campaigns as per the marketing calendar.
Monitor campaign performance including open rates, click-through rates, conversions,
and engagement.
Conduct A/B testing for subject lines, content, CTAs, and email formats.
Analyze campaign results and suggest improvements for future campaigns.
Coordinate with the design and marketing teams for email creatives and campaign execution.
Ensure emails are properly formatted, error-free, and optimized for different devices.
Required Skills
6 months – 1 year of experience in Email Marketing or a similar role.
Excellent written English and grammar.
Robust attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Creativity and willingness to experiment with different email content and formats.
