We are looking for a skilled Site Engineer / Site Supervisor who can ensure accurate site execution and maintain the high-quality standards expected in luxury interiors.

About the Role

The Site Engineer / Site Supervisor will be responsible for accurate site measurements, supervision of installation teams, coordination with interior designers and clients, and ensuring installations are completed according to approved designs, specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
Language Requirement: Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu is mandatory, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills required to effectively interact with high-end clients.
Two wheeler is Mandatory

Key Responsibilities

- Take accurate measurements of site areas, dimensions, levels, and installation locations.
- Expertly measure areas and site dimensions for project planning, fabrication, and installation.
- Supervise and manage the installation team at client sites.
- Allocate daily tasks and monitor installation team performance.
- Ensure installation work is executed according to approved drawings, designs, measurements, and specifications.
- Coordinate closely with interior designers, architects, clients, contractors, and project teams.
- Read and interpret drawings, layouts, dimensions, and technical specifications.




- Ensure execution matches the design intent and required premium/luxury finish.
- Monitor manpower, materials, tools, and equipment at the site.
- Inspect completed work for quality, accuracy, alignment, and finishing.
- Identify site issues and coordinate timely corrective actions.
- Maintain measurement sheets, daily progress reports, checklists, and other site documentation.
- Coordinate with clients and interior designers regarding site requirements, measurements, installation schedules, and modifications.
- Ensure assigned activities are completed within the required timeline.
- Maintain professional communication and conduct at luxury residential client sites.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and proper site housekeeping.
- Report daily progress, site issues, material requirements, and installation updates to the Project Manager.

Qualifications & Experience

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Interior Execution, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in site supervision, measurements, and installation work.
- Robust practical expertise in taking accurate site measurements and calculating areas.
- Experience supervising installation teams is highly preferred.
- Experience working with interior designers, architects, contractors,



or luxury residential projects is an advantage.
- Ability to understand drawings, layouts, dimensions, and design specifications.
- Strong communication, coordination, and team-management skills.
