The Role:

We are seeking a high-calibre Structural Engineer to lead our most complex engineering challenges. This is a leadership-track role for a professional who commands deep technical expertise in high-rise systems and possesses the project management acumen to drive delivery from concept to completion. You will serve as a technical anchor, ensuring engineering excellence while shaping the growth of our expanding design team.

What will you do:
‍

- Learn qualified engineering procedures, codes and company standards.
- Lead the analysis and design of critical structural elements, including shear walls, foundations,



and complex framing systems.
- Develop, review, and validate sophisticated structural models using ETABS, SAFE, or STAAD.
- Take full accountability for assigned project zones, ensuring designs are secure, efficient, and constructible.
- Collaborate directly with architects, MEP consultants, and clients to resolve intricate design issues.
- Review structural drawings and reinforcement detailing with BIM teams and provide rapid technical resolutions for site queries.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the evolution of internal quality standards and engineering workflows.
