We are looking for a motivated and responsible Sales & Operations Executive to join our travel company.

The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customers, travel enquiries, bookings, and day-to-day travel operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls, and other channels
- Convert travel enquiries into confirmed bookings
- Prepare and share travel packages, quotations, and itineraries
- Follow up with leads and potential customers regularly
- Coordinate flight, hotel, transport, sightseeing, and other travel arrangements
- Coordinate with hotels, drivers, tour operators, and other suppliers
- Manage booking confirmations, vouchers, invoices, and travel documents
- Assist customers before, during, and after their trips
- Maintain proper records of enquiries, bookings, payments, and follow-ups
- Coordinate with the internal sales and operations team
- Handle customer issues and provide quick solutions
- Achieve monthly sales and booking targets
- Support the team in day-to-day office and travel operations
- Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in travel, tourism, sales, or operations is preferred freshers also welcome

- Knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets / WhatsApp Business is an advantage
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Good follow-up skills
- Responsible, punctual, and target-oriented
- Quick to learn

Salary

Salary: ₹10000-15000 per month, depending on experience and skills.

Additional incentives may be provided based on performance and sales.Previous

experience in a travel agency or tour company will be an added advantage
