About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Area Sales Officers to join our Sales Team in Kollam, Malappuram, and Kannur.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong interest in building a career in sales. Freshers with the right attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, and customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the assigned territory.
- Visit customers and potential clients regularly to generate sales.
- Promote and explain company products to customers.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, orders, and payments.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular sales and market visit reports.




- Ensure proper product visibility and brand presence in the assigned territory.

Requirements

- Minimum qualification: Any Degree.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with experience in building materials, construction products, hardware, sanitaryware, tiles, or related industries will have an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Strong negotiation, convincing, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented.
- A valid two-wheeler and driving licence would be an advantage.
