We are looking for a Mechanical Designer – Steel Structures with 1–2 years of experience in steel structure design, drafting, and detailing. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of engineering drawings, steel structures, and CAD software, with the ability to prepare accurate 2D and 3D drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare 2D and 3D drawings for steel structures and mechanical systems.
- Develop detailed fabrication and assembly drawings using AutoCAD and 3D CAD software.
- Prepare structural layouts, sections, elevations, and detailed drawings.
- Create GA drawings, fabrication drawings, and shop drawings as required.
- Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and design requirements.
- Assist senior engineers/designers in developing steel structure designs.
- Prepare BOM (Bill of Materials) and material take-offs.
- Coordinate with project, site, fabrication, and engineering teams to resolve design issues.
- Review drawings for dimensions, accuracy, constructability, and compliance with project requirements.
- Make necessary revisions based on client, consultant, and site feedback.




- Maintain proper records of drawings and revisions.
- Ensure drawings comply with applicable IS/AISC standards and company/project requirements.

Eligibility/ Required Skills

- B.Tech/B.E. – Mechanical Engineering
- 1–2 years of relevant experience
- Freshers with strong CAD skills and relevant project/internship experience may also be considered.
- Good proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of 3D CAD software such as SolidWorks, Tekla, SketchUp, or similar tools.
- Basic understanding of steel structures, fabrication, and detailing.
- Ability to read and understand engineering and fabrication drawings.
- Knowledge of IS codes / AISC standards will be preferred.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Office.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
