Position: Team Lead – Reactjs

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced React.js Team Lead to drive the development of scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will lead a team of frontend developers, collaborate closely with product and backend teams, and ensure the delivery of exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead, mentor, and manage a team of React.js developers.

· Architect, design, and develop contemporary web applications using React.js.

· Ensure code quality through code reviews, best practices, and development standards.

· Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and Backend teams to deliver business requirements.

· Optimize application performance, scalability, and responsiveness.

· Drive frontend architecture decisions and technical roadmaps.

· Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks and production issues.

· Implement reusable components and maintain frontend libraries.

· Ensure adherence to security, accessibility, and performance standards.

· Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and project execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications





· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

· 5+ years of frontend development experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

· Strong expertise in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

· Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Context API, or Zustand.

· Strong understanding of REST APIs and frontend-backend integrations.

· Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.

· Proficiency in Git and modern development workflows.

· Strong understanding of component-driven architecture and design patterns.

· Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience with Next.js and server-side rendering.

· Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

· Knowledge of frontend performance monitoring and optimization.

· Experience in SaaS product companies.

· Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS.
