Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




- Lead the implementation of best practices and standards within the development team to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of junior team members.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address any challenges to maintain timelines and quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Strong experience in developing and enhancing custom software components using SAP ABAP within HANA environments.
- Ability to work with modern development frameworks and agile methodologies to deliver effective and scalable solutions.
- Skilled in debugging, performance tuning, and optimizing ABAP code for HANA databases.
- Experience in integrating SAP modules and ensuring seamless data flow across systems.
- Familiarity with software lifecycle management and version control tools relevant to SAP development.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
