Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Civil QA/QC Engineer to ensure quality standards are maintained across residential construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for inspections, quality audits, documentation, defect prevention, finishing quality, handover inspections, and quantity/billing verification.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, BOQ and quality standards.
- Conduct inspections of structural, civil, finishing, waterproofing, MEP and architectural works.
- Identify defects and deviations and ensure timely rectification.
- Manage RFI, QIR, NCR, inspection and test records and quality documentation.
- Conduct quality audits and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring issues.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Architects, Consultants, Contractors and Vendors.
- Conduct pre-handover inspections, snagging and punch-list verification.
- Conduct quality awareness/toolbox sessions for site teams.
- Verify site measurements, quantities, BOQs, contractor bills and variations.
- Support customer customization/additional work measurements and billing.




- Prepare periodic quality reports and highlight key quality concerns to management.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of residential building construction and QA/QC practices.
- Valuable understanding of structural, civil, finishing, plumbing and electrical works.
- Ability to read architectural, structural and MEP drawings.
- Knowledge of NCR, RFI, QIR, inspection procedures and quality documentation.
- Good measurement, quantity verification and bill-checking skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to independently conduct inspections and quality audits across multiple projects.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with 10–15 years of experience in residential construction/real estate, particularly in QA/QC, technical audits, finishing inspections, handover and quantity/bill verification, will be preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
