Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and communication-focused Telecaller / Academic Counselor to connect with prospective students, understand their educational goals, provide course guidance, and support the admission process.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and leads.
- Understand students’ educational requirements and career goals.
- Provide information about courses, programs, admission procedures, and fees.
- Counsel students and recommend suitable courses based on their interests.
- Follow up with leads through calls and messages.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries, and follow-ups.
- Convert enquiries into admissions by providing effective counseling.
- Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams.




- Achieve monthly calling and admission targets.

Requirements

- Any Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good English communication; knowledge of Malayalam is an advantage.
- Previous experience in telecalling, academic counseling, sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to achieve targets.
