We are hiring a confident and responsible Field Manager to promote our internship and volunteer programs among college students.

Key Responsibilities:

- Visit colleges and deliver presentations about our company and programs.
- Meet principals, HODs, faculty members and placement officers.
- Explain our internship and volunteer programs clearly.
- Build professional relationships with colleges and universities.
- Encourage students to participate in programs conducted according to applicable UGC and university guidelines.
- Coordinate seminars, orientation sessions and student-awareness activities.
- Follow up with college authorities for collaboration, approval and scheduling.
- Achieve student enrolment and college-partnership targets.
- Maintain daily visit records and submit regular progress reports.
- Use only company-approved presentations, documents and promotional claims.

Candidate Requirements:

- Graduate in any discipline.




- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Confident in meeting senior college authorities.
- Willing to travel regularly and visit multiple colleges.
- Smartphone and basic computer knowledge required.
- Two-wheeler and driving licence preferred.
- Previous experience in education, field sales, institutional partnerships or EdTech will be an advantage.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
