We are hiring a Client Relationship Manager / Client Servicing Manager with 2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, IT Services, Account Management, and Client Relationship Management.

The ideal candidate will manage client accounts, coordinate with internal teams, maintain client satisfaction, and identify opportunities for account growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage domestic and international client accounts.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Handle client communication, meetings, requirements, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with SEO, Google Ads, Social Media, Content, Design & Development teams.
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and client satisfaction.
- Prepare client reports and performance updates.
- Handle client escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, renewals, and account growth.

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in Client Servicing, Client Relationship Management, Account Management, or Digital Marketing.
- Experience in a Digital Marketing Agency or IT Services company is required.
- Valuable understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Paid Advertising, Social Media Marketing, and Web Services.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and client-handling skills.




- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.
