We're looking for motivated and results-driven Freight Brokers to join our growing team. If you're passionate about logistics, enjoy negotiating deals, and excel at building strong relationships with carriers and clients in the US transportation industry, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs):
1. Source, onboard, and manage a reliable carrier network
2. Negotiate competitive freight rates with carriers and customers
3. Book loads and manage shipments from pickup to delivery
4. Ensure on-time pickups and deliveries through proactive tracking
5. Maximize profitability through strategic pricing and negotiation
6. Build and maintain long-term relationships with carriers and clients
7.



Resolve shipment issues such as delays, layovers, and detention
8. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure operational compliance

Skills Required:
1. Excellent English communication (Verbal & Written)
2. Strong negotiation and sales skills
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven setting
4. Basic knowledge of TMS tools and load boards (DAT, Truckstop preferred)
5. Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
