Job Title: Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) – All Subjects
Department: Secondary / Middle School
Reports To: Principal / Academic Coordinator

Job Summary

We are seeking qualified, enthusiastic, and dedicated Trained Graduate Teachers (TGT) to teach students at the middle and secondary school levels. The teacher will be responsible for delivering subject-specific instruction, assessing student performance, maintaining classroom discipline, and supporting students’ overall academic and personal development.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver effective, curriculum-based lessons for assigned subjects.
- Teach subjects such as English, Hindi, Mathematics, Science, Social Science, Computer Science, and other subjects as per qualification and school requirements.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, projects, and teaching resources.
- Use interactive, activity-based, and technology-supported teaching methods.
- Conduct tests, examinations, assessments, and regular evaluations.
- Monitor students’ academic progress and provide additional support where required.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
- Encourage critical thinking,



creativity, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Identify students’ strengths and areas requiring improvement.
- Communicate with parents/guardians regarding student performance and development.
- Maintain accurate academic and attendance records.
- Participate in school events, examinations, staff meetings, workshops, and co-curricular activities.
- Work collaboratively with other teachers and school management.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant subject.
- B.Ed. or equivalent recognized teacher-training qualification.
- CTET/TET qualification will be an advantage.
- Solid knowledge of the relevant subject and current teaching methodologies.
- Previous teaching experience in a recognized school is preferred.
