Job Overview:
We are hiring experienced professionals for O&M; (Operation & Maintenance) Business Development roles in the MEP industry. The role involves generating current business, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets for O&M; / AMC services.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

- Generate leads for O&M; / AMC / Service Sales
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Conduct client meetings and site visits

Sales Execution:

- Achieve monthly & annual sales targets
- Prepare proposals, presentations & techno-commercial offers
- Negotiate contracts and close deals

Customer Relationship:

- Maintain long-term client relationships
- Ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction
- Handle client queries and service requirements

Technical Coordination:

- Coordinate with operations & technical teams
- Provide feasible O&M; solutions
- Stay updated with industry trends

Reporting:

- Prepare sales reports & forecasts
- Maintain CRM records and documentation

Mandatory Skills:

- O&M; / AMC / Service Sales / MEP Sales
- HVAC / Electrical / Fire Fighting / Facility Management knowledge
- Strong Business Development & Client Handling
- Proposal Making & Negotiation Skills




- CRM & MS Office proficiency

Eligibility:

- Bachelor’s Degree (Mechanical / Electrical / Business)
- 5–10 years experience in O&M; / Service Sales / MEP Industry
- Willingness to travel extensively

Preferred Background:
Candidates from HVAC / MEP / Facility Management / EPC / Service Sales companies
