Laabham Group is looking for a CRM Executive* to join our team in Indore.

Location: Indore

Experience: 6 Months – 2 Years

Industry: Real Estate

Prior experience in Real Estate will be preferred

Key Responsibilities

* Handle customer queries and concerns professionally

* Follow up with customers and maintain customer records

* Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Legal & other internal teams

* Handle post-sales customer requirements and support

* Track customer complaints and ensure timely resolution

* Maintain CRM records, reports and customer interactions

* Coordinate for site visits, documentation and other customer-related activities

What We’re Looking For

✔ Positive communication and interpersonal skills

✔ Strong follow-up and coordination skills

✔ Customer-oriented approach

✔ Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel

✔ Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
