- Handle customer queries through international chat support and provide accurate, qualified responses.
- Understand customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and provide appropriate solutions within the defined turnaround time.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction by using clear, polite, and effective communication.
- Follow company policies, quality standards, chat processes, and data-security guidelines while handling customer interactions.
- Document customer interactions accurately and coordinate with relevant teams when escalation or additional support is required.
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
