Preparation of OC draft in Transfact; raise NPCR to design team if product code

is unavailable.

 Prepare project documentation, reports, progress updates, and technical

documentation.

 Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and company standards during project

execution.

 Coordinate with production, maintenance, procurement, and engineering teams

for seamless project implementation.

 Identify project risks and propose corrective actions to achieve milestones.

 Handle inspection activities and raise inspection calls.

 Coordinate with Sales team and Clients to understand project scope.

 Obtain client approvals on submitted drawings.

 Ensure timely procurement of materials as per BOM.

 Coordinate with Quality Engineer for inspections and reports.

 Review all technical documentation related to offshore and onshore projects.





 Raise PRs for paint and other required equipment.

 Allocate material as per PO (Projection sheet) on a daily basis.

 Maintain daily update lists.

 Review and provide inputs/comments on incoming project documentation.

 Submission of related documents on the portal.

 Interact with clients and internal cross-functional teams.

Experience: Freshers / Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET)

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Instrumentation or relevant discipline

Salary Budget: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per mont
