Job Description

We are looking for a Business Development Executive with experience in B2B Sales / IT Sales / Business Development to generate recent business opportunities, acquire clients, and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

- Generate leads through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, networking, and other channels.
- Identify potential clients and generate qualified business opportunities.
- Connect with decision-makers and conduct client calls and meetings.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT/software solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales reports.
- Maintain the sales pipeline and update CRM records.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding.

Requirements





- 2+ years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, IT Sales, or Software Sales.
- Strong experience in lead generation and client acquisition.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
- Strong target-oriented and revenue-focused approach.
- Experience selling IT Services, Software, or SaaS is preferred.
