*About the Role*

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Operations Head to manage and streamline the day-to-day operations of our CA & Business Consulting Firm. The candidate will be responsible for team coordination, client work tracking, process management, MIS reporting, documentation, and ensuring that all work is completed accurately and within deadlines.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Manage and monitor the day-to-day operations of the firm.

* Coordinate with different teams and ensure timely completion of assigned work.

* Maintain proper client records, documentation and work status.

* Track important compliance and client-related deadlines.

* Monitor pending, completed and delayed tasks through MIS/reporting systems.

* Develop and implement SOPs, checklists and systematic work processes.

* Ensure proper coordination between clients, employees and management.

* Monitor the quality and accuracy of work before final submission/delivery.

* Maintain records related to DSC, client documents,



registrations and other operational requirements.

* Identify operational issues and provide practical solutions to management.

* Prepare regular operational reports for management.

* Improve efficiency, accountability and overall workflow of the organization.

*Candidate Requirements*

* Graduate/Postgraduate with relevant experience in operations, administration or professional services.

* 4–8 years of experience, preferably in a CA Firm, Consulting Firm or Professional Services Firm.

* Good knowledge of office operations, documentation and process management.

* Solid coordination, communication and team-handling skills.

* Good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and MIS/reporting systems.

* Ability to manage multiple tasks, teams and deadlines effectively.

* Robust organizational and problem-solving skills.

* Should be responsible, proactive and capable of working independently.

* Ability to coordinate with senior management and provide timely operational updates.

Salary

₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
