Role & responsibilities

- Plan, schedule, and execute pest control operations at client sites (residential, commercial, industrial).
- Conduct site inspections to identify pest infestations and recommend appropriate treatment methods.
- Apply pest control chemicals and treatments safely, following standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and usage of pest control equipment and chemicals.
- Maintain service reports, treatment records, and client documentation accurately.
- Educate clients on preventive measures and hygiene practices to avoid future infestations.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor service quality and ensure adherence to company standards.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide effective resolutions.
- Ensure compliance with local health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Preferred candidate profile

- B.Sc. Agriculture (BSc Agri) graduate; freshers are welcome to apply.
- Certification in pest control or related field is a plus.




- Prior experience in pest control operations or field services preferred (freshers can also apply).
- Basic knowledge of pest types, chemicals, and treatment methods.
- Physically fit and willing to travel to multiple client locations.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious.
- Valid driving license (preferred).

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
