- Responsible for shift monitoring without any deviation in HVAC, Utility and Mechanical equipment's.
- Labs / rooms, Stability chambers and cooling chambers monitoring and maintaining without any Temperature and RH deviation.
- Responsible for Follow up and to complete schedule Performance verification and preventive maintenance without any deviation.
- Responsible for timely completion of activities in the specific area of the work.
- Work in coordination with facility Projects.
- Adhere to the safety rules and regulations inside the premises.
- Preventive maintenance, Breakdown maintenance of process HVAC, mechanical, utility and process Equipment's.
- Preparation of monthly PM and PV scheduled activities.
- Handling of Pharma Equipment's R & D, AHU, BMS, ETP and RO, utility equipment.
- Facility up keeping.
- Responsible of secure work with necessary Safety work permits at desired workplace




- Work co-ordination with electrical team towards maintenance, (utilities) water and electrical cost reduction.
- Knowledge of Refrigeration, Trouble shooting of Split, Cassette, VRV units.
- Concentrate with power savings. (After office hours unwanted usage of HVAC and mechanical equipment's stopped with user's knowledge)
- Timely completion of trainings in PLA.
- Basics of Computer Knowledge, must have read and understanding English language for site Specific procedures.
- Closely work the building side for any planned/unplanned shutdown activities.
- Candidate to be technically interviewed before onboarding.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
