Senior UI/UX Designer

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to lead and execute end-to-end UI/UX design for web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should be strong in user research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and design systems, with the ability to work closely with product and development teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Design intuitive and engaging interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Convert business and user requirements into user journeys, workflows, wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes.
- Create interactive prototypes using tools such as Figma and Adobe XD.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze user feedback and behavior to improve usability and overall experience.
- Develop and maintain consistent design systems, including components, typography, colors, icons, and interaction patterns.
- Ensure responsive and adaptive designs across different devices and platforms.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and other stakeholders to deliver practical and user-focused solutions.
- Present and explain design concepts and decisions to stakeholders.
- Work closely with developers during implementation to ensure design accuracy and consistency.
- Maintain organized design files, documentation, guidelines, and workflows.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, technologies, and design methodologies.




- Continuously improve product usability, accessibility, visual quality, and user satisfaction.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, UX Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of skilled UI/UX design experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UI/UX design projects.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe XD or similar design/prototyping tools.
- Strong knowledge of user-centered design and usability principles.
- Experience creating wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows.
- Experience working with or contributing to design systems.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Strong visual design skills and attention to detail.
- Experience designing responsive web and mobile interfaces.
- Strong analytical, creative, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
