Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Sr. Sales Executive to join our Angel One franchise. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2–3 years of relevant experience in sales, telecalling, stock broking, mutual funds, financial services, or investment products.

The candidate will be responsible for client acquisition, telecalling, lead conversion, relationship management, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls and tele-calls to prospective and existing clients.
- Generate leads through calling, referrals, databases, and other sources.
- Acquire new clients and convert leads into active customers.
- Explain stock market, mutual funds, SIPs, trading, demat accounts, and investment products to clients.
- Understand client requirements and provide appropriate product information.
- Follow up consistently with prospects to maximize conversions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Handle client queries and provide timely assistance.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Stay updated with stock market trends, mutual fund products, and financial market developments.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and service.

Required Experience & Skills





- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in sales, telesales, stock broking, mutual funds, wealth management, or financial services.
- Strong knowledge of the Stock Market and Mutual Fund domain.
- Good understanding of Equity, Mutual Funds, SIPs, Demat & Trading Accounts, and basic investment concepts.
- Excellent communication and telecalling skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling abilities.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
- Good client relationship and follow-up skills.
- Self-motivated, confident, and result-oriented personality.
- Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline; Finance/Commerce background preferred.
- 2–3 years of relevant work experience is mandatory/preferred.
- Candidates with experience in stock broking, mutual funds, investment advisory, financial products, or related sales roles will be preferred.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate should be confident, articulate, sales-driven, and experienced in handling clients over the phone. Solid knowledge of the stock market and mutual fund industry, along with a proven track record in sales and client acquisition, will be highly valued.

Experience Required: 2–3 Years Minimum

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
