Job Description:
We're looking for a Health & Safety professional who's passionate about protecting people. In this role, you'll conduct audits, assess risks, and implement safety protocols that ensure every team member works in a safe, compliant environment.
What will you do?
- Inspect facilities and audit operations to identify hazards such as faulty equipment, unsafe practices, and hazardous materials
- Conduct risk assessments to evaluate potential accidents and implement control measures that mitigate risks
- Develop and enforce safety protocols in compliance with OSHA regulations and industry standards
- Investigate incidents and near-misses to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions that drive continuous improvement

- Risk Assessment — developing level; evaluating workplace hazards and implementing control measures to prevent incidents
- Communication — developing level; delivering safety training and clearly conveying protocols to diverse audiences
