.Job Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise the overall factory operations.
- Plan and monitor daily production activities to achieve production targets.
- Ensure smooth functioning of the plywood manufacturing process.
- Manage production staff, workers, and supervisors.
- Maintain quality standards and reduce production wastage.
- Monitor raw material usage, inventory, and stock requirements.
- Ensure proper maintenance and working of machinery and equipment.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Sales, HR, and Accounts departments.
- Ensure workplace safety, discipline, and compliance with company policies.
- Prepare daily/weekly production reports and share updates with management.
- Identify production problems and take timely corrective action.
- Control production costs and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure timely completion and dispatch of finished goods.





Candidate Requirements:

- Experience as a Factory Manager / Production Manager in a plywood, wood, furniture, or similar manufacturing industry preferred.
- Strong knowledge of production processes and factory operations.
- Good leadership and team-management skills.
- Ability to handle workers and resolve operational issues.
- Valuable communication and decision-making skills.
- Willingness to work at the factory location.
- Experience: 5+ years preferred.
