Petals Enlightment Institute is a growing preschool and daycare/creche network with franchise centres across India. We are looking for a qualified, organized, and proactive Operations Assistant to support the smooth and efficient functioning of our centres.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with centre heads, teachers, franchise partners, and support teams.
- Monitor daily operational activities and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Assist with centre coordination, admissions, parent queries, events, and activities.
- Maintain operational reports, records, checklists, and documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors and support centres with inventory and operational requirements.
- Identify operational issues, coordinate resolutions, and escalate matters when required.




- Support the management team in implementing SOPs, processes, and operational standards across centres.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1-2 years of experience in operations, administration, education, customer service, or a similar role preferred.
- Excellent communication, coordination, organizational, and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and basic office tools.
- Professional, responsible, and solution-oriented approach.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with different stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel within Delhi NCR when required.

Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
