Position Summary

The Senior Manager leads engineering and maintenance for a contemporary textile processing unit. This role guarantees maximum uptime, efficiency, and safety for specialized fabric dyeing and finishing machinery.

Key Responsibilities

Dyeing Department Maintenance

- Sclavos & Thies Systems: Manage preventive and breakdown maintenance for Sclavos soft flow and Thies long tube fabric dyeing machines.
- Process Automation: Troubleshoot specialized electronic dosing controls, temperature controllers, and automated liquor ratio systems.
- Mechanical Integrity: Oversee high-temperature, high-pressure (HTHP) vessel safety, mechanical seals, and high-capacity circulation pumps.

Finishing Department Maintenance

- Stenter Systems: Maximize efficiency for Inspiron, Brückner, Monfongs and Yoantion stenter frames, focusing on gas/oil burners, chain tracks, and width-adjustment drives.
- Drying & Slitting: Maintain Krantz and Santex relax dryers alongside Corino and Bianco open-width slitters and squeezers.
- Compacting Excellence:



Overhaul mechanical and electrical components for Lafer, Ferraro/Sintec, and Santex compactors to secure fabric dimensional stability.

Automation & Infrastructure

- Drive Controls: Service VFDs, PLC automation architectures, and SCADA networks across all European and global machinery brands.
- Resource Efficiency: Drive engineering initiatives to lower electricity, water, gas, and steam consumption per kilogram of processed fabric.

Candidate Profile

Required Experience

- Industry Tenure: BE/B.Tech in Electrical/ Electronic/Instrumentation with 13 - 15 years managing engineering departments inside modern, high-capacity fabric processing mills.
- OEM Familiarity: Proven hands-on troubleshooting history with Sclavos, Thies, Brückner, Santex, Bianco, and Lafer equipment.
