About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our neurorehabilitation team. The candidate will work with patients experiencing neurological, developmental, physical, and cognitive challenges, helping them improve their independence and quality of life through evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

Key Responsibilities

- Assess patients' physical, cognitive, sensory, and functional abilities.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and rehabilitation goals.
- Implement occupational therapy interventions to improve activities of daily living, motor skills, sensory integration, upper limb function, and overall independence.
- Work collaboratively with physiotherapists, speech therapists, psychologists, rehabilitation engineers,



and other healthcare professionals.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as required.
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises, adaptive strategies, and assistive devices.
- Maintain accurate patient records, treatment documentation, and progress reports.
- Participate in clinical discussions, case reviews, and rehabilitation programs.
- Contribute to research, innovation, and technology-assisted rehabilitation initiatives where applicable.

Qualifications

- Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (BOT) and/or Master of Occupational Therapy (MOT).
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.
- Passion for neurorehabilitation and patient-centered care.

Location Requirement

Candidates should be able to reliably commute to Bengaluru (560021) or be willing to relocate before joining.

- Knowledge of neurological rehabilitation and assistive technologies.

- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and clinical reasoning skills.
