About the Role:

We are hiring an organized Sales & Marketing Coordinator for our Real Estate firm to manage property lead flow, support marketing campaigns, track CRM data, and assist our sales team with administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Track incoming property leads and assist the sales team.
- Assist with social media posts, property email campaigns, and promotional events.
- Update CRM records, maintain buyer databases, and generate weekly sales reports.
- Prepare project brochures, sales collateral, and coordinate with vendors & channel partners.
- Handle initial client/buyer inquiries and route them to the appropriate sales rep.

Requirements:

- 1–2 years of experience in Real Estate (Sales, Marketing, or Admin support is strictly required).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint) and standard CRM software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and solid multi-tasking ability.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
