Job Purpose
Plan, lead, and execute cutting-edge concepts and strategic projects for HDFC Bank's digital banking products and services. Establish channels to foster innovation through alliances and partnerships, ensuring HDFC Bank remains digitally advanced.
Key Responsibilities
Idea Generation (Concept Note Approvals)
Research emerging technologies and innovations in the BFSI sector to generate actionable ideas; Implement digital solutions for internal and external customer challenges; Log and secure approvals for innovation concepts through benchmarking and research.
Live Projects - Enhancements + FollowUp
Enhance customer experience and process improvements for launched products; Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project progress and logical closure; Support go-live for enhancements and follow-ups.
Alliances, Partnerships & Engagement (Program Management)
Establish innovation channels through summits, academia programs, and new initiatives; Engage with incubators, accelerators, and sovereign innovation teams for startup collaborations; Organize Innovation Day and startup engagement events.
Revenue / Cost Savings (Lacs)
Achieve revenue and cost savings from approved concepts and live projects.
Teamwork / Co-orperation
Share knowledge within the team and maintain strong relationships with peers and superiors; Collaboratively drive projects to completion.
Research emerging technologies, innovations and latest
Analyze product and process improvements in the BFSI sector; Coordinate with teams for approvals and governance for product launches.
