Key Responsibilities

1.Site Execution & Supervision

- Maintain approved drawings, RFIs, inspection reports, material approvals, and site records.
- Maintain photographic records of concealed and completed works.
- Coordinate snagging and closure before handover.
- Support preparation of as-built drawings and O&M; documentation.
- Ensure final areas are cleaned, protected, tested, and handed over to the user/operations team.
- Execute interior works as per approved architectural, interior, MEP, and shop drawings.
- Supervise civil finishing, partitions, ceilings, flooring, painting, joinery, furniture, glazing, doors, hardware, and other fit-out activities.
- Ensure correct dimensions, levels, alignment, finishes, and workmanship.
- Plan daily and weekly site activities to achieve project milestones.
- Monitor contractor manpower, materials, tools, and equipment deployment.
- 2.Drawing & Technical Coordination
- Review IFC/GFC drawings, BOQ, specifications, and approved material details before execution.
- Identify drawing discrepancies and raise RFIs/technical clarifications.
- Coordinate interior drawings with electrical, HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, ELV, and other services.
- Verify shop drawings, mock-ups, samples, and site measurements before production or installation.
- Ensure latest approved drawing revisions are followed at site.
- Proficient in AutoCAD 2D for interior and architectural drawings.
- Prepare and modify floor plans, furniture layouts, reflected ceiling plans, flooring layouts, wall elevations, sections, and detail drawings.
- Prepare site-based drawing corrections and revisions based on actual measurements.
- Develop and update shop drawings for partitions, ceilings, joinery, furniture, flooring, glazing, doors, and other interior works.
- Coordinate architectural/interior drawings with electrical, HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and ELV layouts.
- Identify clashes and dimensional discrepancies through drawing review before site execution.
- Prepare detailed drawings for critical junctions,



finishes, and installation requirements.
- Maintain proper layers, dimensions, annotations, blocks, scales, plotting standards, and drawing templates.
- Prepare and maintain as-built drawings reflecting actual site execution.
- Incorporate consultant/client comments and maintain proper drawing revision control.
- Extract quantities and dimensions from AutoCAD drawings to support BOQ verification and material estimation.
- Convert site sketches and measurements into accurate CAD drawings.
- Ensure only the latest approved drawing revision is issued and used at site.
- Capable of reading and interpreting consultant drawings, technical details, and MEP coordination drawings.
- Planning & Progress Monitoring
- Prepare short-term execution plans and look-ahead schedules.
- Track actual progress against the approved project schedule.
- Identify delays, constraints, and dependencies and initiate corrective actions.
- Maintain daily progress reports and weekly progress updates.
- Coordinate material delivery schedules with project requirements.
- Quality Control
- Ensure execution complies with approved drawings, specifications, samples, and quality standards.
- Conduct stage-wise inspections before allowing subsequent activities.
- Prepare and close inspection requests, snag lists, NCRs, and punch points.
- Ensure finished surfaces are protected from damage during subsequent works.
- Conduct final quality checks before handing over completed areas.
- Contractor & Vendor Management
- Coordinate carpentry, false ceiling, flooring, painting, glazing, furniture, signage, and specialist contractors.




- Conduct daily coordination with contractors regarding productivity and priorities.
- Monitor contractor performance against agreed scope, quality, and timelines.
- Verify quantities and work completion for contractor bills.
- Ensure rework due to contractor errors is minimized and rectified promptly.
- Material Management
- Verify materials received at site against approved makes, specifications, and quantities.
- Inspect material quality before acceptance and installation.
- Monitor material consumption and minimize wastage.
- Forecast material requirements to prevent execution delays.
- Coordinate storage and protection of sensitive finishing materials.
- Commercial & BOQ Support
- Understand BOQ scope and ensure work is executed within contractual requirements.
- Verify site measurements and quantities for billing.
- Identify extra items, deviations, and scope changes before execution.
- Maintain records supporting variation and additional-work claims.
- Support project cost-control initiatives and avoid unnecessary rework.
- MEP & Interface Coordination
- Coordinate ceiling layouts with lighting, AC diffusers, sprinklers, detectors, speakers, CCTV, and access panels.
- Coordinate wall finishes and furniture with electrical/data points.
- Ensure MEP concealed works are inspected before closing ceilings, walls, or flooring.
- Resolve clashes between architecture/interiors and services before execution.
- Safety & Site Discipline
- Ensure contractors comply with project EHS requirements.
- Verify use of PPE, safe working platforms, scaffolding, electrical tools, and housekeeping practices.
- Ensure permits are followed for hot work, height work, electrical work, etc.
- Stop unsafe work and escalate serious violations.
- Documentation & Handover

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
