We are hiring an experienced trainer to deliver a virtual 80-hour training program on SAP Enterprise Service Management (ESM) for 20 lateral hire participants.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver virtual training on SAP ESM covering Service Catalog & Request Management, Incident/Problem/Change Management, SLA & Governance, and SAP BTP Workflow Automation
- Cover HR, Finance & Procurement service processes and Service Analytics/Reporting
- Conduct practical exercises including workflow design, automation, and governance frameworks

Requirements:

- Hands-on experience in SAP ESM / SAP ITSM / SAP BTP Workflow Services
- Robust ITIL-aligned service management knowledge
- Prior virtual training delivery experience preferred — we require trainers, not consultants/developers
