Job Description:
- Channel Management: Appoint and manage local distributors, super-stockists, wholesalers, and retail partners (General Trade and Contemporary Trade)
- Institutional & HoReCa Sales: Target hotels, restaurants, caterers, and corporate canteens (HoReCa) for bulk rice supply.
- Target Achievement: Drive primary and secondary sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Market Expansion: Identify new geographic territories, pitch local grocery chains, and increase brand visibility on shelves.
- Competitor Tracking: Monitor rival pricing, trade schemes, market trends
