We are looking for someone who can lead, coach and mentor a robust and passionate team of web and mobile Engineers and Designers

About this position

A person who has good leadership skills and mentor a team of web and mobile engineers.

What are you going to do?

- U will going lead,coach and mentor a strong and passionate team of web and mobile engineers and designers.

- Drive new features and improve performance.

- Define or review architectural standards and processes.

- Drive performance analysis and optimization efforts.

- It help set and fulfill the engineering hiring plan for the team including sourcing, screening and interviewing.

- Represent the team in engineering and product meetings.

- Work with team across square boat to ensure a seamless user experience for our clients customer.

- Champion continuous improvement to help raise the bar on quality ,



performance and maintainability.

- Keep abreast at the changes in the industry and champion new technologies and development processes within the team.

- One or more published android apps on google play store.

- Good understanding of java and / or kotlin.

You need to have:

- Knowledge of flutter ,dart is a big plus.

- Understanding of efficient UI code as well as work with complex data structures and algorithms.

- Experience with Android design pattern of MVVM.

- Experience with third party libraries and rest apis.

- You like to learn about new technologies and trend in mobile.

- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as git etc.

- Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications.
