This role is ideal for fresh graduates and early-career professionals interested in CRM systems, enterprise applications, business process management, and digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support CRM and enterprise platform implementation projects
- Assist in configuring, testing, and maintaining business applications
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Provide user support, troubleshooting, and system guidance
- Help prepare reports, dashboards, and process documentation
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to improve system efficiency

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree (completed or pursuing) in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field




- Basic understanding of CRM systems and enterprise applications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and stakeholder coordination abilities
