Role Overview

We are looking for experienced Application Support professionals with strong expertise in Advanced SQL, UNIX scripting, AWS, and Python. The role involves incident management, troubleshooting, application support, and working closely with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of critical issues.

Key Skills & Requirements

- 2.5+ years of hands-on experience in Advanced SQL and UNIX scripting
- Working knowledge of AWS and Python
- Experience in Application Support
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes, particularly Incident Management and Problem Management
- Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and analytical skills
- Strong hands-on experience in writing intermediate to advanced SQL queries
- Practical experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy,



or similar platforms

Incident Management Experience

Candidates should have proven experience in:

- Incident resolution
- Stakeholder communication
- Bridge management
- Post-mortem analysis
- Driving corrective and preventive action items

Ideal Candidate

- Strong application troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Good understanding of ITIL and ITSM practices
- Ability to handle critical incidents and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
- Strong SQL query-writing capabilities
- Experience working in a production/application support environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
