Position Name : Purchase executive

Qualification : BE/B.Tech - Mechanical

Experience - 3-5 Year

Location : Chhatral - Kadi, Mehsana

- Manage day-to-day purchase activities based on production and material requirements.
- Procure MS sheets, plates, structural sections, pipes, flanges, fasteners and engineering items.
- Procure welding consumables, gases, cutting/grinding consumables, paints, primers and other fabrication materials.
- Obtain quotations, prepare Comparative Statements (CS) and negotiate price, quality, payment and delivery terms.
- Prepare and release Purchase Orders (PO) as per approved requirements.
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery as per production schedules.
- Develop current vendors and maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers.
- Coordinate with PPC, Production, Stores, Quality and Accounts.
- Coordinate material inspection, rejection and supplier quality issues with the Quality Department.
- Ensure availability of MTC, inspection reports,



test certificates and other required documents.
- Monitor open POs, supplier performance and pending material requirements.
- Identify alternate sources and support cost-reduction initiatives.
- Maintain purchase records, vendor data and MIS through ERP / MS Excel.

Must Have:

- 3–5 years of relevant Purchase / Procurement experience.
- Strong knowledge of engineering and fabrication materials.
- Good vendor development and negotiation skills.
- Experience in handling quotations, comparative statements and purchase orders.
- Good follow-up, communication and coordination skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems.

✓ Transformer Tank Fabrication
✓ Sheet Metal / Heavy Fabrication

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
