Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Junior Hair Dresser to join our salon team. The ideal candidate will assist senior stylists, provide professional hair services, and ensure an excellent customer experience while maintaining hygiene and salon standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform basic haircuts, hair washing, blow-drying, and hair styling.
- Assist senior hairstylists with advanced hair services.
- Recommend suitable hair care products and treatments to clients.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations and tools.
- Ensure excellent customer service and build client relationships.
- Manage appointments and prepare clients for services.
- Keep up with the latest hair trends and styling techniques.
- Follow salon safety and hygiene standards.

Requirements





- Certification or Diploma in Hair Dressing/Beauty (preferred).
- 0–2 years of experience in a salon (Freshers are welcome to apply).
- Knowledge of basic haircutting, styling, and hair care techniques.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work versatile shifts, weekends, and holidays.
