Overview:

EB tresos is one of the automotive industry's leading software platforms for Classic AUTOSAR development. Its tooling ecosystem enables automated configuration, collaborative development, open interfaces, CI/CD integration, and AI-assisted engineering workflows.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the evolution of the EB tresos Tooling portfolio and drive the transition towards AI-centric software development.

Your Mission

You own the strategy, roadmap, and business success of the EB tresos Tooling portfolio, with a particular focus on EB tresos Studio. This includes business case ownership, growth strategy, investment planning, market positioning, and commercial success.

Responsibilities:

- Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for EB tresos Tooling.
- Own the business case of EB tresos Studio, including revenue growth, profitability, pricing, investment planning, and long-term portfolio strategy.
- Identify market opportunities and translate customer needs into product direction.
- Drive the evolution towards AI-centric software development, automation, and Software Defined Vehicle engineering.
- Define and execute the AI strategy for the tooling portfolio, including AI-assisted configuration, agentic workflows, and Integration as Code concepts.
- Develop new business models and growth opportunities.
- Work closely with customers, semiconductor vendors, sales, marketing, and engineering teams.
- Define pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies.
- Represent Elektrobit at customers, partners, and industry events.

What You Bring

Required

- Several years of Product Management experience for software products.
- Proven experience owning product strategy, roadmap,



and commercial success.
- Strong business acumen with experience in business case development, investment planning, and revenue growth.
- Strong technical understanding of software development tools, platforms, or engineering environments.
- Demonstrated experience with AI-centric software development and AI-enabled engineering workflows.
- Experience translating technology innovation into customer value and business outcomes.
- Strong understanding of modern software engineering practices, including automation, APIs, cloud technologies, and CI/CD.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Fluent English.

Preferred

- Experience in automotive software, AUTOSAR, embedded systems, or developer tooling.
- Understanding of Software Defined Vehicle (SDV) architectures.
- Familiarity with automotive cybersecurity and functional safety.
- Experience working with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, or semiconductor companies.
