Job Summary

We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer – L1 to provide day-to-day IT support to users and troubleshoot desktop, network, printer, Microsoft 365, and basic domain-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Troubleshoot desktop hardware, software, OS, and general IT issues.
- Windows 11 installation, configuration, and version checking.
- Basic Domain and Active Directory troubleshooting, including domain joining and trust relationship issues.
- Troubleshoot file/folder access, shared folders, permissions, and resource visibility.
- Diagnose Wi-Fi, VLAN, connectivity, DNS/name resolution, and basic network issues.
- Perform basic troubleshooting for webpage name resolution and connectivity, including host entry and port connectivity checks.
- Support Microsoft 365 and Outlook installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Install and troubleshoot local, shared, and network printers.




- Troubleshoot Blue Screen/BSOD and system performance issues.
- Provide basic antivirus and endpoint support.
- Handle user seat/VLAN-related issues and coordinate with network teams when required.
- Provide remote and in office technical support.
- Manage tickets, document resolutions, and escalate unresolved issues appropriately.
- Assist with IT data transfer/recovery procedures as per company security policies.

Required Skills

- Good communication and user-handling skills.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.
- Basic knowledge of Windows 10/11, networking, Domain, Microsoft 365, printers, and antivirus.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with internal/remote IT teams.
- 2–3 years of relevant Desktop/IT Support experience preferred.

Note: Candidates should be comfortable working at Santacruz and Dharavi locations.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
