Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor to create engaging, high-quality video content for social media, marketing campaigns, advertisements, product promotions, and other digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit videos for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Create engaging Reels, Shorts, promotional videos, advertisements, and marketing content.
- Edit raw footage, including cutting, trimming, transitions, music, sound effects, and color correction.
- Add captions, subtitles, graphics, animations, and other visual elements.
- Create videos according to the company’s branding and marketing requirements.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Creative teams to develop video concepts and content.
- Ensure videos are visually appealing and optimized for different platforms and formats.
- Manage and organize video footage, project files, and creative assets.
- Stay updated with current social media trends, editing styles, transitions, and content formats.
- Complete video projects within assigned deadlines.
- Make revisions based on feedback from the marketing team and management.
- Maintain consistency in video quality, branding, and overall visual identity.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification in Multimedia, Animation, Film, Media, or a related field is preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in video editing or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar editing tools.
- Knowledge of CapCut and other social-media-focused editing tools is an advantage.
- Good understanding of video composition, storytelling, transitions, sound, and color grading.
- Strong creative and visual skills.
- Good understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form video trends.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Solid attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Quality and creativity of video content.
- Timely completion of assigned projects.
- Engagement and performance of social media videos.
- Number of videos/reels delivered as per schedule.
- Accuracy in following brand guidelines.
- Ability to incorporate feedback and deliver revisions quickly.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
