Flax is a growing healthy food brand focused on making nutritious eating convenient, accessible, and exciting. With multiple outlets and a central kitchen-led operating model, we are expanding our team and looking for an HR Manager who understands the pace and realities of the QSR industry.

This is a hands-on HR role for someone who enjoys being close to the business, working with Operations, building teams, solving people challenges, and creating HR processes that actually work on the ground.

The Role

As HR Manager, you will take ownership of the complete employee lifecycle across our outlets, central kitchen, and corporate team. You will work closely with the Operations and leadership teams to ensure we have the right people, in the right roles, at the right time.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for outlet, kitchen, and corporate positions
- Drive high-volume and frontline hiring for QSR operations
- Build strong candidate pipelines and improve time-to-hire
- Manage onboarding, employee documentation, transfers, and exits
- Partner with Operations on employee relations and people-related challenges
- Handle grievances, absenteeism, disciplinary matters, and performance issues
- Monitor employee engagement, retention, and attrition
- Coordinate attendance and payroll inputs
- Ensure proper HR documentation and statutory compliance
- Develop and implement HR policies, processes,



and SOPs
- Maintain accurate HR MIS and recruitment reports
- Support managers in performance management and employee conversations
- Identify people-related gaps and proactively work on solutions
- Participate in outlet visits and understand on-ground employee challenges.

What We're Looking For

- 3–5 years of HR experience
- QSR / Restaurant / Food & Beverage HR experience is mandatory
- Strong experience in frontline and volume hiring
- Hands-on experience in employee relations and HR operations
- Good understanding of attendance, payroll coordination, PF, ESIC, PT, etc.
- Robust communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and growing business
- Someone who is practical, people-oriented, solution-focused, and execution-driven.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
