Position: Overseas Healthcare Recruiter
Experience: 2–5 Years

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for healthcare professionals for international clients.
- Source and screen candidates such as Nurses, Doctors, Allied Healthcare Professionals, etc.
- Manage recruitment for countries such as UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Germany, GCC, and other international markets.
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, documentation, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with international clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Manage offer, joining, and pre-departure formalities.
- Coordinate with candidates regarding visa, licensing, documentation, and other overseas recruitment requirements.
- Achieve recruitment targets within defined timelines.

Required Skills:





- 2–5 years of experience in Overseas / International Healthcare Recruitment.
- Strong experience in sourcing healthcare professionals.
- Good knowledge of international recruitment processes.
- Strong communication and candidate-handling skills.
- Good knowledge of LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, and recruitment databases.
- Experience with UK / GCC / Europe / USA healthcare recruitment will be an advantage.
- Valuable negotiation, follow-up, coordination, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
