We are looking for a Process Intelligence Specialist (Celonis) to join our Process Intelligence Center of Excellence team. In this role, you will design, build, and support Celonis-based process intelligence solutions across global finance processes while leveraging process mining, AI, automation, and analytics to drive measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

Process Mining & Data Engineering

- Build and maintain reliable data pipelines to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data into Celonis.

- Develop and optimize data models that enable end-to-end process visibility and actionable insights.

- Support integrations with ERP platforms such as SAP, JDE, and other enterprise systems.

- Monitor and improve data pipeline performance, scalability, and reliability.

- Implement and maintain data quality, validation, and cleansing processes.

Analytics & Business Value Creation

- Support process intelligence initiatives across Order-to-Cash (O2C), Source-to-Pay (S2P), and Order Management (OM) processes.

- Collaborate with business process owners and stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities.

- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

- Support value discovery workshops and generate actionable business insights.

AI, Automation & Innovation

- Develop solutions using Celonis AI capabilities, including Process Copilot, ML Workbench, Execution Apps, and Orchestration Engine.

- Build AI-enabled use cases such as anomaly detection, predictive analytics, and root cause analysis.

- Implement automations using Action Flows and orchestration capabilities.





- Support integration with OCR and other automation technologies.

Governance & Continuous Improvement

- Maintain technical documentation for data models, ETL processes, and transformation logic.

- Ensure adherence to data governance, compliance, and internal standards.

- Continuously explore and adopt new Celonis capabilities and analytics technologies.

What We're Looking For

Experience

- 4 to 7 years of experience in:

- Celonis Process Mining

- Data Integration & ETL

- Data Modeling

- Analytics & Reporting

- Process Automation

- Business Process Improvement

Technical Skills

- Strong experience with Celonis Process Mining and Process Intelligence solutions.

- Expertise in PQL, SQL, data modeling, and dashboard development.

- Experience with data pipeline development and ETL processes.

- Knowledge of Action Flows, ML Workbench, and Celonis AI capabilities.

- Understanding of finance processes such as O2C, P2P, and R2R.

- Exposure to Snowflake, Power BI, Python, and related analytics technologies is preferred.

Qualified Skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to convert business requirements into technical solutions.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Experience working in global and cross-functional teams.

- Commitment to data quality, accuracy, and continuous improvement.

Education

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in:

- Computer Science

- Engineering

- Data Analytics

- Finance

- Or a related field.
