Senior Interior Designer

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and creative Senior Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. As part of our design studio, you will play a key role in conceptualising, developing, and executing interior design solutions across residential, commercial, or institutional projects. You will collaborate with a team of interior designers, consultants, and project stakeholders to deliver high-quality design outcomes aligned with client expectations and project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the in-house team of interior designers on design and execution assignments.
- Conduct site visits, take accurate measurements, and prepare detailed site reports.
- Develop multiple design layout alternatives based on client briefs and project requirements.
- Finalise interior layouts through iterative design discussions with clients and team leads.
- Understand and incorporate MEP services (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting) into design proposals.
- Coordinate and manage communication with service consultants (Electrical, HVAC, etc.) for accurate integration of services.
- Prepare detailed design drawings, working drawings, and specifications for execution.
- Collect and verify consultant layouts and ensure they align with the final design.




- Maintain proper records and documentation using standard filing systems (digital and physical).
- Refrain from discussing project costs, contractor rates, or commercial aspects unless specifically instructed.
- Provide daily updates and progress reports to the Project Head or Director.
- Take on any additional tasks or responsibilities relevant to your role as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design / Architecture
- 5–8 years of proven experience in interior design execution
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and design software such as SketchUp, Photoshop, or Revit (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of interior design detailing, materials, services integration, and construction processes
- Excellent communication, organisational, and team coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a project-based environment

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
