Key Responsibilities:
- Gather analyze and document business requirements for Core Banking initiatives
- Work with business stakeholders to transform requirements into functional specifications
- Perform gap analysis between business requirements and Finacle capabilities
- Support implementation enhancement migration and transformation projects
- Collaborate with development testing and implementation teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Conduct requirement workshops stakeholder meetings and user training sessions
- Support UAT planning execution and defect management
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and India specific market requirements
- Prepare BRDs FRDs process flows use cases and business process documentation
