Role Overview

We are looking for a energetic and customer-focused Sales Associate to drive sales, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to business growth in the assigned territory. The role involves engaging with customers, architects, interior designers, contractors, and other stakeholders to generate business opportunities and ensure successful order closures.

Key Responsibilities

· Generate new business opportunities by identifying and engaging prospective customers.

· Build and maintain long-term relationships with individual buyers, architects, interior designers, contractors, and other channel partners.

· Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute towards revenue and profitability objectives.

· Support the implementation of sales strategies to improve the category's overall business performance.

· Coordinate with the Business Development team to execute promotional campaigns, marketing initiatives, and flash sales.

· Maintain complete ownership of customer enquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order closures.

· Update and maintain deal information, rate cards, and customer interactions in the CRM/dashboard.

· Ensure timely follow-up with prospects and customers until successful order completion.

· Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales lifecycle.

· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify business opportunities.





· Prepare periodic sales reports and share market feedback with the management.

· Travel extensively within the assigned territory to meet customers and generate business.

Candidate Profile

· Graduate in any discipline.

· Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in Real Estate, Building Materials, Home Interiors, Construction, Architecture, or Interior Design industries.

· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

· Strong customer relationship management and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

· Comfortable working under pressure and handling challenging situations.

· Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet applications.

· Must possess a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.

· Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned location.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
