We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Coordinator having experience in Toll Management Systems (TMS) and Advance Traffic Management System (ATMS) or any related work experience of site visit and execution to lead and oversee projects from both Head Office (HO) and on-site locations.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful implementation of projects, requiring a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and the ability to work seamlessly between the office and project sites.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate project schedules, tasks, and documentation.
- Manage vendor execution and monitor work progress Execute project plans, monitor progress, and adjust as needed to meet project goals.
- Ensure materials and services meet project specifications
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the effective implementation of projects.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members, both at the HO and on-site.
- Act as the primary point of contact for on-site activities, coordinating with field teams to ensure alignment with project requirements.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, address challenges, and implement solutions.
- Communicate project status, issues, and resolutions in a clear and concise manner..




- Efficiently allocate resources to ensure project success.
- Proactively address challenges to prevent project delays or deviations from the plan.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s in Engineering, BCA, MCA, Msc IT,MBA or any bachelor degree with relevant experience or related field.
- 1 - 3years of experience in Project handling site visiting.
- Have experience as a Project Manager specifically in Toll Management Systems and/or Advance Traffic Management System (ATMS) or related work
- Strong track record of successfully managing end-to-end project lifecycles, from planning to execution and closure.
- Familiarity with toll plaza infrastructure, toll collection systems, electronic tolling, and associated technologies.
- Experience managing on-site teams and coordinating activities in diverse environments.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills to address real time project challenges.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work in both office and on-site environments as needed.
- Willingness and ability to travel to project sites as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
