About the Role

We are looking for a responsible, confident, and experienced General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our company. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, team-management, communication, and business-management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall daily business operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Lead, manage, and coordinate employees across different departments.
- Set targets and monitor team performance.
- Handle staff scheduling, attendance, discipline, and performance.
- Manage salary coordination and employee-related responsibilities.
- Coordinate with clients, partners, vendors, and business associates.
- Support business development, sales, and marketing activities.
- Identify recent business opportunities and help increase company revenue.
- Monitor expenses, operational requirements, and business performance.
- Represent the company professionally in meetings, events, and media activities.
- Ensure company policies, standards, and deadlines are followed.
- Prepare regular reports and provide updates to the management.




- Take ownership of problems and ensure timely solutions.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in management or a similar leadership role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple teams and responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of business operations and team management.
- Professional appearance and confident personality.
- Willingness to take responsibility and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidates with experience in digital marketing, events, hospitality, sales, or business management will be preferred.
